Doong Island is the place where I grow up, a place where I gained most of my knowledge and a place where I first experienced what really life is.

I only got a couple of them:
Manlot It's local name is 'Manlot'. We just usually put this in water and allow to boil for just a couple of minutes, and then it's done. |
Nukus We are also proud of our Squid, we call it 'Nukus'. We oftentimes used it in making adobo. |
Kasag We call this Kasag (a variety of crab). |

We can also see different kinds of fish in the sea surrounded the island of Doong and its neighboring islands.
Saang We call this 'Saang'. We just normally steamed this or allow to boil in a water and then its done. |
Doonganon's are also good in making or cooking world class lechon. Not just that, we are also good in making 'Dinuguan' (pig's intestines)
